Paul was terrific. He was thorough, careful, and explained everything he was doing. He went out of his way to make sure our system was working correctly. When he was missing a part, he drove back to the office to get it, and then came back to install it. Very much appreciated!

+Adding to this review to say that Santiago did some updating work for us in early 2025 and was great to work with.I am very pleased with the project we just completed with OneSource. Bill compiled a thoughtful and flexible solution and the installation team led by Lucian were thorough and responsive.

I have been searching for a company to upgrade my surveillance system on my 25 acre farm. It is a large project and knew it would be an expensive one. I received several estimates prior to OSS. Paul came out and spent a lot of time walking the property to understand my needs. I then had a zoom call with Justin to go over the estimate. Following that, I had a bunch of questions and a few changes that Justin happily answered for me. The estimated cost was reasonable and in line with other quotes I had received.
