PRIORITY SERVICE: As a One Source Partner, you are always the priority. You jump to the head of the line when you call! This applies to remote, standard, after-hours and emergency calls.

LABOR DISCOUNT: You will receive a reduced rate for all service labor needs and the preventative maintenance visit. This discount applies to both standard and after-hours rates. In a couple of service calls a year, the program pays for itself!

PREVENTATIVE INSPECTIONS: As a part of our semi-annual visit we thoroughly inspect and every aspect of all your systems. This includes functionality testing, firmware and version checks and overall health assessment of all hardware. During an inspection, we look for issues or problems before they occur so that when you are ready to enjoy your systems everything functions as it should.

LESS TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP: A well maintained system lasts longer, performs better, and runs optimally. You get the most out of your investment with stable systems.

EQUIPMENT CLEANING: We clean out the rack or head end side of your equipment. Major components are the costliest and cause the most disruption when down. Also, keeping these devices clean is essential to maintain warranty status in case a replacement is necessary.
